Because we are a locally owned studio, many unforeseeable inconveniences can affect us greatly, so keeping an open line of communication is key. Being that we attend continuing education classes and seminars a few times a year, we strive to offer a professional environment for ourselves and our guests and take pride in being able to offer exceptional service to our clients.

We have a strict “no judgment policy” for our guests. Our guests come from all walks of life and are here to relax and be taken care of regardless of social stature, ethnicity and sexual orientation. As a courtesy to our guests trying to relax during their appointment, if you happen to be waiting in the lobby, please silence cell phones and keep your voice down when taking calls. To safeguard your valuables from product exposure or loss, we ask that you do not bring any valuables to your appointments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please familiarize yourself with our location. The Inka Waxer LLC has a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! We understand that life happens. If you are 6 minutes or later, with no notice, we will have to reschedule your appointment. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often difficult without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day and may also result in an incomplete service. Tardiness of more than 6 minutes will be considered a “24-cancellation”. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby guests of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. There are no exceptions to this policy - these policies have been put in place to respect our time and that of other guests scheduled that day. It's always a great idea to give yourself some extra time when traveling to account for traffic, construction, and finding parking. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We have allowed you to reschedule and cancel your appointment via our Vagaro booking site at your convenience. Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us with 48-hour notice to avoid any fees. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
* 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of reserved appointment(s)
* "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of service amount and may not be able to re-book
As a courtesy, we do call and/or text with reminders regarding appointment details. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to contact us and double-check any appointment details if you’re ever unsure.

PLEASE BE MINDFULL THAT CANCELLATION POLICIES STILL APPLY. No exceptions.
If you “no call, no show” any appointment you will be charged 100% of the service amount. And may not be able to re-book until Fee is paid. If you "no show" twice you will be blocked and not be able to re-book. We respect your time, please respect ours.
We are best reached by text. We text our clients from our business phone lines and though it is a cell phone, please be mindful that we treat it as a landline. Voicemails and text messages are checked during business hours. If communication is time-sensitive, please text us immediately. Please do NOT send us DM (Direct Message) on any type of social media. We do not consider this an official form of communication between ourselves and clients regarding appointments - and messages are often missed this way. Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We understand how challenging it is to find time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your brow appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the studio. In the event you must bring your child into the studio, please inform your service provider with notice. Unfortunately, the studio cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service area or held in the lap as (most importantly) we will be using sharp tools near your face.
We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service area. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping centers in our neighborhood if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment. Please be respectful of our space.
Unfortunately, you'll have to leave your pets at home when you visit us.
While we wish we didn't have to discriminate against the better species, We have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable/allergic. If you bring your pet to your service, you will have to leave them in your vehicle (please make sure the vehicle is turned on and the temperature is appropriate for your furry friend). If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
*SA & ESA are an exception, however, please let us know in advance as we will have to arrange a time you can have your appointment when there are no other guests in the studio. This restriction also applies to dogs, cats, birds, alligators, kangaroos, and any other animals.
We accept Debit/Credit cards, Zelle and Cash (no change will be provided).
However, Checks, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Bitcoin are not accepted.
Gratuities are a sign of a satisfied guest. They are never expected but are always appreciated.
